P.O.V on Stage6

If you have not checked out my film P.O.V yet, you can now watch/download it on Stage6 in DivX format. You will need to login to Stage6 as the film is marked "explicit" (lots of swearing, violence, and craziness). Check it out and spread the word!

You can also get commandN on Stage6 now too! Check out the commnadN channel every week for the latest episode.

Enjoy

Original P.O.V Ending Online

The original ending to P.O.V has been added to iTunes in an iPod friendly format. It is also available to view over at YouTube.com!

The P.O.V trailer has also been added to YouTube.com and can be viewed by clicking this link (it is still available in iTunes as well).

Although most critics and viewers enjoyed this ending, I felt it did not fit with the overall style of the film and removed it. It was one of the best shot, edited and acted scenes though and I think it stands on its own well (you can be the judge of that).

commandN 28 + P.O.V Trailer & Stills

Our first commandN of 2006 (episode 28) went online this past Monday and the iPod format feed is finally in iTunes. We have a lot of great content planned for the next few weeks (including Amber @ MacWorld) and we should have some better production equipment by February so stay tuned.

The trailer for P.O.V is now available to download in iTunes (in an iPod friendly format) and we have a photo set of stills up on flickr.

P.O.V has also made it to the Top 100 Movies & Television Podcasts in the first week on iTunes and I would like to thank everyone for subscribing and downloading.

BAMCAT TV & P.O.V For iPods

BAMCAT TV is our new feed for original online programming and we have a great line-up of material on the way! From short films and music videos to regular series and special presentations - we plan to have something new online every week.

The first three shows added have been available for some time but have all been formatted for use on iPods with video capabilities. They include the animated short film The Rotting Baby, the music video for Mine by New Zealand artist Melayne Web and the trailer for the upcoming Troma Entertainment documentary Inside Lloyd Kaufman.

The feature film P.O.V has also been formatted for use on the iPod but is being released under its own feed due to the size of the file (370MB). We will be featuring special interviews and extras for P.O.V under both feeds in the next month as well (and the trailer is almost ready!).

UPDATE: Both feeds are now available in iTunes!

BAMCAT TV can be found here and P.O.V can be found here (WARNING - these links will open iTunes).

Enjoy!

commandN Episode 14 + P.O.V Update

commandN episode 14 is now available from commandn.tv and all the other usual places. You can help promote commandN by digging it and voting for it on Podcast Alley.

I would also like to give a special thanks to Roger McGuinn from The Byrds who not only mentioned us on This Week in Tech but also posted about us on his blog!

The live techPhile Podcast we did last week is now available for download from techphile.ca - Frank did an excellent job editing it down to under an hour.

UPDATE
Since putting our feature length film P.O.V online we have had over 8000 downloads! Not bad considering we have not promoted it at all. In the next few weeks there will be a new site up with a trailer, some deleted scenes and an XviD version of the film. We are going to try to get some of the cast and crew to do interviews for the site as well so stay tuned.

Visit povthemovie.net to download the h.264 version of the film now and check out the imdb.com for more info and to vote for it.
