Yum Yum Shampoo
I found this video while working on the latest episode of Webnation. It is weird. Very weird! It starts great with the Yum Yum Shampoo commercial but then takes a disturbing turn. Just watch it.

UPDATE: For some reason I was lead to believe this was French. Desi pointed out in the comments it is actually Italian. Post has been changed to reflect this.
I don't usually listen to French Italian music (not speaking the language and all), but I'm really digging L'Aura (The Aura). Check out the video below for the track Non E' Una Favola (Google translates this to Fable is Not One). The video is very well done and the song has made me search for more of their music.
Thanks to commandN viewer Ben for the link.
Is a USB tape dispenser something we really need in our world? Yes, it acts as a USB hub - but what's the deal with the tape? It's crap like this that will be killing mother nature in the years to come.

CollegeHumor.com have put together a great little trailer for Gummi Bears: The Movie. Yes it's fake (and I'm sure Disney will be asking them to remove it soon), but it is too funny not to post. Enjoy!
Liam Lynch had a big hit a few years ago with the song United States of Whatever. These days he's doing a pretty cool video Podcast called Lynchland. Check out one of the funnier shows skits from his show below.
Amber interviewed Jane Goodall last night for Webnation, and I had the honor of meeting her during the taping. She was amazing! Not only is she the sweetest lady in the world - she is funny and witty (and cool). As I mentioned to a fried today - it's like hanging with your grandmother who just happens to be the leading chimpanzee researcher in the world.
The interview airs tomorrow night during Webnation on CP24, and will be online and in iTunes on Friday afternoon.

We are well into the 2007 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF07), so I thought I should post an update of our CityNews.ca coverage.
Last week we interviewed Canadian director Leonard Farlinger about his film All Hat. This is the first festival film for Leonard and he spewed enthusiasm. He was also a decent guy too. We also chatted with Meni Tsirbas about his animated sci-fi film Terra (which looks very cool and I hope I get to see soon). I immediately liked Meni when he pulled out his iPhone (he's a fellow geek).
Suzanne also spoke with actresses Ellen Page (Hard Candy) and Tilda Swinton (Chronicles of Narnia), in between her screening of Jodie Foster's The Brave One, and the party for the Stuart Townsend film Battle in Seattle.
We'll be going strong again this week with a piece on George A. Romero's Diary of the Dead (along with a video of his Q&A), an interview with the producers of the Brian De Palma film Redacted (Brian might do an interview too if we're lucky), as well as more reviews and tales of the festival life (so keep watching the blog).
The wearable Mitten Blanket from Hammacher Schelmmer is pretty silly (and for $69.95 US it is a rip-off), but I just can't stop laughing at the photo from the catalog (below). The model looks ridiculous wearing the blanket and holding a book with her mitten hands. Too funny.

I took the below photo up near Huntsville, Ontario last weekend. Although the name of the farm is Cow Shit Valley Farms, I never actually saw a cow!

Schaffer the Darklord is an entertainer from New York who is actually a pretty funny guy. Some people say he's a Weird Al wannabe, but I think he has more potential. Check out the strange video for his catchy song The Rappist below.
